Über die Position

Zur Verstärkung unseres Marketing-Teams suchen wir eine/n
Event Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)
mit Leidenschaft für wirkungsvolle Events und Markenauftritte.

In dieser Rolle planen und realisieren Sie
Events, die unsere Markenpräsenz stärken, qualifizierte Leads generieren und unsere Zielgruppen aktiv einbinden
.

Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen – von der Konzeption bis zur Nachbereitung.


Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau ist erforderlich
, da die Kommunikation mit Kunden, Agenturen und Dienstleistern überwiegend auf Deutsch erfolgt.


Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Unternehmens- und Marketingevents (Messen, Konferenzen, Seminare, Kundenevents).
  • Steuerung von Zeitplänen, Budgets, Dienstleistern und Logistik zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Durchführung.
  • Entwicklung von Eventstrategien zur gezielten Ansprache und Aktivierung der Zielgruppen.
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen (Marketing, Vertrieb, Logistik) zur Sicherstellung gemeinsamer Ziele.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen, Eventkoordinatoren und Lieferanten.
  • Auswertung von Event-Performance (Teilnehmerzahlen, Leads, Engagement, ROI).
  • Unterstützung weiterer Marketinginitiativen, z. B. Digital-Kampagnen und Werbematerialien zur Eventbewerbung.


Erfolgskennzahlen (KPIs)

  • Anzahl und Qualität der durchgeführten Events
  • Generierte Leads und Conversion-Rate aus Events
  • Teilnehmerzufriedenheit und Engagement
  • Termingerechte und kosteneffiziente Umsetzung


Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder vergleichbar
  • 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Eventmarketing, Messemanagement oder Corporate Events
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gutes Projektmanagement und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
    und sehr gutes Englisch
  • Kenntnisse in Video-Editing, Grafikdesign oder digitalen Marketingtools sind ein Plus
  • Kreativ, detailorientiert und belastbar
