einen motivierten Senior Producer / Hersteller (m/w/d), der sich mit Leidenschaft und frischen Ideen bei uns einbringt und eigenständig Projekte im Bereich Herstellung Zeitschriften betreut.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie steuern und sichern den gesamten Produktionszyklus der Magazine durch Planung, Druck, Repro, Papier und die technische Produktionsumgebung
- Sie koordinieren und überwachen Termine und den Workflow aller, die am Zeitschriften-Produktionsprozess Print und Digital beteiligt sind
- Sie optimieren Produktionsabläufe und implementieren neue Verfahren und Technologien
- Sie lieben Papier und Printprodukte und sind beratend tätig für die optimale Ausstattung in Papier, Format, Umfang, etc.
- Sie stellen die Qualität des Produktes in Sachen Bild und Technik sicher und sind Schnittstelle zwischen Redaktion, Grafik & Media

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mediengestaltung Digital und Print oder ein Studium im Bereich Druck
- und Medientechnologie und in jedem Falle mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen in der Druckproduktion als Hersteller oder Producer gesammelt
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen und verfügen über ein sicheres Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (insbesondere InDesign, Acrobat und Photoshop) und Outlook 365
- Sie haben einen ausgeprägten Qualitätsanspruch, ein gutes Auge für Fotos und Bilder, sowie für sämtliche Druckerzeugnisse
- Unter Termindruck zu Arbeiten betrachten Sie als sportliche Herausforderung, die Sie gerne mit Sorgfalt, Souveränität und Zuverlässigkeit ausführen
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und einen starken Teamgeist sowie Leidenschaft für unsere Produkte und Zielgruppen
