**What you'll do**
- Be the **key contact** and business partner for the global Builders Org
- Own the **financial planning**, budgeting and holistic forecasting process
- Bring together the European and the Canadian Builders Org to form a **one global** Builders Org
- Conduct **variance analyses** and performance reviews to optimize financial steering
- Prepare regular financial** dashboards** and run **ad-hoc analyses** for business owners and partners generating superior insights to ensure fact-driven decision making
- **Continuously improve** FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency
- Connect with business partners across the organisation to collate and validate data

**What you should bring**
- 8+ years of **experience in FP&A/Controlling**within in a highly professional, fast-paced and international environment
- High affinity for **data** **to** generate superior **insights** driving the business
- Advanced **analytical skills and tools knowledge** particularly MS Excel with the ability to develop intricate models based on large volumes of data. MS PowerQuery & PowerPivot or similar tools is a strong plus
- Ability to seamlessly switch flight levels from in-depth analysis to **senior management communication**:

- Very **structured, diligent and independent way of working** leading to utmost accuracy and impeccable quality of analyses
- High level of **commitment** and trustworthiness
- Effective **interpersonal** and **communication** skills, fostering joint problem-solving within and across teams as well as with** senior management**:

- Fluency in **English**, German is a **strong** **plus**
