**Your role**
- Part of the job entails supporting the development of new products in the sugar, chocolate, and baked goods sectors.
- Working with a variety of raw materials to innovate products is a key aspect of the role.
- Daily tasks include producing samples of the latest developments.
- Your workday will be diverse, involving time in the laboratory, bakery, and meetings with colleagues.
- Conduct laboratory-scale tests on products such as colors, flavors, texturizers, fruit powders and pieces, fruit concentrates, etc., in sugar and chocolate products. Assist in scaling up processes in our pilot plants at the technical center.

**Your profile**
- Completed training as a confectioner, confectionery technologist, chef, baker, or similar.
- Relevant experience in food product development is essential.
- Demonstrate awareness of quality, hygiene, and manual skills as a specialist in your field.
- Valued by colleagues for your positive, innovative, and results-oriented approach.
- Work independently and meticulously on tasks, collaborating with product developers.
- Fluent in German and English.
