**Your Role**:

- You actively drive and support the expansion of group-wide sales business partnering
- Monitoring and analyzing strategic and operational objectives fall within your responsibilities
- You develop recommendations for the business partner and contribute to strategic topics
- Your expertise is sought after for ad-hoc analyses for the business partner and the executive board
- You further develop the integrated control concept with a focus on sales and leave your mark
- You are an active business partner for the sales management area as well as for the board, regional management, and the global finance organization in all sales control matters

**Your Profile**:

- You want to steer and exert influence instead of just creating reports
- You have several years of solid experience in controlling or sales environments, which you have already successfully contributed to
- You have a strong digital affinity with a desire to use the latest technologies
- Your proficiency with common analytics tools is secure and routine; ideally, you have knowledge of SAP SAC
- You excel in analytical thinking, a solution-oriented approach, and high customer orientation
- You act as a team player and know how to communicate effectively in German and English tailored to your audience
- Your high commitment and hands-on mentality complete your profile
