Come and join us **Your Role and Responsibilities** We are seeking for an experienced Managing Consultant/Associate Partners who will be responsible for building/managing client relationships and leading a team of consultants and IT architects. You sell new projects, act as a trusted advisor to our clients and are also able to actively contribute to projects (utilize). Leaders in this role have the experience and knowledge to support both the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to clients with a focus in Cloud Advisory Services. **Responsibilities**: - You must understand large and complex service engagements, including the selection and tailoring of appropriate methods and continuous developed skills required to solve business problems in the client's industry. - Our future Managing Consultants/Associate partners identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development and sales of solutions to win new business. - They are accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed, as well as the generation of services revenue with the sales of new business. Activities in Scope: - Responsible for business performance and people management - Strategic offering direction and go-to-market of assigned consulting service - Lead of business development and sales in the assigned consulting service - Acts as trusted advisor to Senior Management (both internally and externally) with regards to assigned portfolio. - Solution Definition for new Engagements - Portfolio Development - Management of Partner Ecosystem Project Management Capabilities: - You align the technical project scope with well-established PM methods - no matter whether traditional waterfall or agile - As Lead PM you drive the prospecting and pre-sales phase to assure a clear scope and optimal result for the client and us - Ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional project teamsKyndrylSales_Europe **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** - Professional with >5 years of experience in IT services sales as well as project and consulting business - Various cloud paradigms and architectures; public/private, hybrid, multicloud, insourcing and outsourcing. - Experienced in negotiating and leading proposal teams. - Certified in various cloud service providers such as AWS (Cloud Practitioner), MS Azure, Google Compute Cloud, IBM Cloud. - Background in IT service management, IT sourcing and IT strategy, - Flexible, curious and creative - Able to work as part of a team, be inclusive and positive in a group dynamic - Able to build empathy within our teams and gain the trust of our clients - Self-starter, entrepreneurial, proactive and productive - Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients - Excellent presentation communication skills **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** n/a **Required Education** Bachelor's Degree **Preferred Education** Master's Degree Kyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
