If so, you could be our new _**_Regional Director People & Culture of Germany & Austria_**_ at our Regional Office in Berlin_

The Regional Director People & Culture DE & AT leads a team of 5 HR professionals and together they are responsible for all regional HR activities supporting the hotels, restaurants, and the Berlin regional office, including talent attraction & selection, employee engagement, training & development, payroll and compensation and benefits.

**About you**
- You are an experienced and passionate HR professional with a demonstrable track record of excelling in people operations and have a strong approach to people strategy;
- You have excellent social and interpersonal skills including the ability to naturally engage, lead and connect with others;
- You are purposeful, pragmatic and have an eye for detail;
- You are a hands-on leader and enjoy finding a balance between strategic and operational work.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing relevant HR programs and processes.
- Lead a team of three P&C professionals in Germany and Austria;
- Ensuring an inclusive employee journey: from onboarding to offboarding;
- Advising and supporting directors, managers and employees in all P&C matters;
- Translating company strategy and values into regional plans & goals and creating (payroll) budgets, forecast and other reports.

**Functievereisten**:

- Bachelor or University degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR leadership role preferably in hospitality or a lifestyle service-based industry within a global company;
- Proven experience includes hands-on responsibility for the full scope of HR activities, payroll budgets and forecasting;
- Expert in German employment law and social regulations, including KUG and health insurance deferrals;
- You speak **German** and **English **fluently and live in/near Berlin.
