**Unser Kunde** ist ein führendes japanisches Logistikunternehmen, das sich auf umfassende Speditions
- und Logistikdienstleistungen spezialisiert hat. Für seinen deutschen Standort in Düsseldorf sucht das Unternehmen derzeit einen Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen, Lagern, Niederlassungen und internationalen Standorten
- Beantwortung von Anfragen zu Import / Export und Dreiecksgeschäften für bestehende und neue Kunden sowie internationale Standorte per E-Mail, Telefon und durch persönliche Gespräche
- Kontakt mit Kunden, internationalen Niederlassungen, Agenten, Transportunternehmen usw. sowie Erstellung von Angeboten
- Ausstellung von Rechnungen an Kunden und Bearbeitung abrechnungsrelevanter Vorgänge
- Systembasierte Erfassung von versandbezogenen Leistungen

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium beispielsweise im Bereich Logistik, in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management etc. oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Lagerist, Speditionskaufmann, Betriebswirt im Außenhandel, o. Ä.
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, idealerweise in der Speditionsbranche oder bei einem Logistikdienstleister, beispielsweise als Speditionskaufmann, Logistikkoordinator, im Vertriebsinnendienst, im Kundensupport, o. Ä.
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen ist von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
