For our renowned customer Airbus Operations we are looking for a "Transformation Leader" (M/F/d) in temporary employment as soon as possible. **Your tasks**: - Defining and implementing a regular communication with all stakeholders e.g. newsletter and google page - Elaborating a concept for a regular Progress Review Meeting and lead it's deployment - Defining a concept for a Head of Version dashboard visualizing the current status and root causes for delays - Organizing communication and marketing events e.g. market places - Monitoring of process optimization in collaboration with all team members **Your profile**: - Completed studies in the field of communication sciences, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification - More than 2 years of professional experience in the areas of: - Change Management - Customer Service - Project Management - Basic knowledge of lean management - Very good knowledge of English **We offer you**: - Permanent employment contract - Perspective to be taken over at our customer - Salaries above the general pay scale and incentive compensations (bonus) - Equal pay model - 30 days of vacation as part of equal pay - Company pension scheme with employer subsidy - Well-directed training and further education opportunities - Employee recommendation program with attractive compensations (bonus) - Individual and local support and advice - Travel allowance - Assumption of costs for work cloth and health examinations **(Curriculum vitae and your certificates from the last three professional positions).** Please understand that your documents cannot be returned because of organizational reasons.
