Director Supply Chain Strategy

Start: immediately | Level: Director | Location: Hamburg, hybrid | Working hours: full-time (40h/week)

Join us as senior leader to shape and drive the long-term supply chain agenda at **ESN & More Nutrition**.

In this role, you'll focus on developing our strategic roadmap while ensuring flawless execution of key transformation initiatives. Partner closely with our COO and cross-functional teams to deliver impact that lasts.

**Your mission**:

- You define and evolve the long-term supply chain footprint, including network design, capacity planning, and make/buy strategy
- You lead end-to-end process mapping (O2C, S&OP, procurement, logistics, planning, etc.) to identify gaps and unlock efficiencies
- You drive major transformation programs, from design through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth ambitions
- You act as the central coordinator across supply chain, operations, finance, IT, and commercial teams to ensure projects land on time and with impact
- You provide thought leadership on digitalization, automation, and sustainability in the supply chain
- You build fact-based business cases and track delivery against KPIs

**Your experience & skills**:

- You have 10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, transformation, or consulting with proven impact
- You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are comfortable moving seamlessly from strategy to execution
- You excel in stakeholder management and can align across multiple functions and levels
- You have experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods (preferred)
