Global Practice Lead

As Siemens Advanta **Global**Practice Lead - Supply Chain & Cost Transformation**, you will be part of the extended Siemens Advanta leadership team. As such, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and operational excellence of Siemens Advanta's global Supply Chain & Cost Transformation practice, which delivers innovative engagements and transformative solutions to Siemens' largest and most complex clients in 20+ countries and 10+ vertical industries.

You will be accountable for delivering customer projects in quality, time and budget. You will build adequate competencies to fulfill customer demand in collaboration with the Siemens Advanta Customer Engagement function, i.e., the Regions and Sub-Regions, Global Account Leads, Vertical Leads and Customer Partners.
- You will optimize utilization and ensure capability-specific and consistent people development in coordination with Siemens Advanta P&O. You provide governance (e.g., methodologies, standards, best practices) to the global Siemens Advanta Supply Chain & Cost Transformation community.
- This senior leader-of-leaders role requires a strategic people leader with deep consulting and technology expertise, capable of building trusted customer relationships while directly managing a global team of 50-100 supply chain experts across five or more locations.

**You’ll make an impact by**
- Drive Strategy & Growth of the SC&CT Practice - Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the global Practice in alignment with the business goals. Grow the Practice profitably to more than EUR 50’ globally within the next years, while enabling significant growth for Siemens’ other Businesses.
- Develop Scalable Portfolio Offerings - Continuously develop modular, repeatable consulting offerings and methodologies by fostering ADV-wide knowledge-sharing communities. Drive adoption and usage of these repeatable offerings. Provide lifecycle management of SC&CT offerings based on feedback from customers, Siemens Businesses and other Siemens Advanta functions, e.g., Customer Engagement.
- Develop Industry-Leading Expertise & Thought Leadership - Build domain knowledge and provide thought leadership around Supply Chain & Cost Transformation e.g., Accelerated Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Analytics, Inventory Reduction and Supply Chain Optimization to Siemens customers acting as trusted advisor. Represent Siemens Advanta at industry events, publish thought leadership content, and stay at the forefront of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes, and incorporate them into the Practice's offerings.
- Be an outstanding People Leader and manage Competency & Career Development - Develop and lead high-performance teams of SC&CT specialists. Drive performance management and people development to ensure the teams have the right skills, capacity, and training to meet evolving customer needs. Lead the teams creating a trusted and inclusive atmosphere. Develop leaders in your organization and beyond. Set hiring requirements, lead recruiting, and define training curricula to continuously evolve team capabilities.
- Engage with Siemens Product Development Teams and Siemens Experts - Enhance Siemens offerings, influence Siemens product roadmaps and maximize Siemens’ customer value, based on insights from Customer engagements.
- Support Customer Engagement - Work with the Customer Engagement function to identify upselling opportunities and new projects in existing accounts and support acquisition of new accounts incl. e.g., proposal development. Build and maintain C-level trusted advisor relationships with key customers.
- Deliver end-to-end customer engagements - Collaborate with Siemens Advanta Technology Services to provide customers with seamless end-to-end engagements spanning from consulting to solution architecture and implementation. Collaborate closely with relevant senior Siemens stakeholders across the Siemens software and hardware portfolio.
- Ensure Efficient Resource Allocation - Oversee engagement of resources in coordination with the global staffing function of Siemens Advanta Operations. Actively manage matching of supply and demand, ensuring high utilization and chargeability.
