Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Um Leistungsverluste beim Stromtransport gering zu halten, wird bei langen Transportstrecken die Höchstspannung von 380 Kilovolt bevorzugt. Überall da, wo die Spannung im Übertragungsnetz wechselt, werden Umspannwerke benötigt. 50Hertz betreibt aktuell etwa 70 davon.  In der Rolle steuere und koordiniere ich den (tief)bau- und stahlbautechnischen Teil der Umspannwerk-Projekte von 50Hertz. Mit meiner fundierten Facherfahrung, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit sorge ich selbständig für die effiziente Vorbereitung, Planung und Abwicklung dieser Projekte und trage so maßgeblich zu deren Erfolg bei. Dabei bin ich auch verantwortlich für die Durchführung der erforderlichen Genehmigungsverfahren. Ich wirke mit bei der Weiterentwicklung von technischen Richtlinien und sorge für die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen. Meine Aufgaben Für Bau- und Instandhaltungsvorhaben erarbeite ich technisch-wirtschaftliche Variantenvergleiche sowie Entscheidungsvorschläge und wirke bei der Budgetbeantragung mit, Verantwortung für den bau- und stahlbautechnischen Teil von Ausschreibungen und technische Partner*in bei Vergabeentscheidungen, Begleitung bei der Realisierung von (stahl-) bautechnischen Projekten, Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Durchführung von Abnahmen, Verantwortung für die Budgetverfolgung und Berichterstattung, Begleitung von Abschlüssen von Verträgen und Vereinbarungen mit Kund*innen und Verteilnetzbetreibern aus der bautechnischen Perspektive. Bei 50Hertz entwickele ich mein übergreifendes Verständnis von Bautechnik, Stahlbautechnik und Projektleitung in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld gemeinsam mit Kolleg*innen intern und unseren Partner*innen extern kontinuierlich weiter. Meine Kompetenzen  Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer bautechnischen Fachrichtung wie Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Bautechnik, o.ä., Fahrerlaubnis Pkw, Sprache: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mindestens C1), gute Kenntnisse Englisch (B1). Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil: Erfahrung bei der Vorbereitung, Planung und Realisierung von komplexen Bauprojekten, Kenntnisse der wirtschaftlichen, technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen der Energiewirtschaft, Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft-Office, SAP und iTWO.
