Junior Project Coordinator

**Your tasks**
Our vision at F24 is to move from Europe's leading SaaS provider to a global player within the field of emergency notification and crisis management. One key component for this ambition is a continuous development of our product portfolio which enables our customers to navigate through any kind of crisis with a 'state-of-the-art' solution. In this direction, we are currently setting up a 'Center of Excellence' for Platform Migrations which will bring our global customer base to our latest solutions and newly acquired products out of our M&A activities. For this new 'Center of Excellence', we are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator (all genders) who is motivated to make migration projects a great experience for our customers.

**Your tasks include**:

- You define, drive, and monitor key work packages and relevant tasks of our platform migration projects in close collaboration with the migration team.
- You partner with project stakeholders to identify dependencies, bottlenecks, risks or issues and ensure accordant reporting, tracking & mitigation.
- You build and maintain the required project infrastructure that fosters clear communication and facilitates collaboration while maximizing transparency and ownership.
- You closely align with our customers required input and tracking of project steps.
- You report project and migration status to respective stakeholders.
- You support the continuous improvement of the ‘Center of Excellence’ for Platform Migrations.

**You**
- gained first experiences in managing complex projects with global stakeholders (PM certifications such as PMP, Prince 2 etc. is ‘nice-to-have’ but not a must).
- have a solid understanding of typical project management frameworks/methodologies.
- have very good communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
- have a high technical affinity and are passionate about replacing manual steps by automated tasks.
- have strong interpersonal & organizational skills and enjoy to quickly connect well with people from different functions.
- are excellent in evaluating data and presenting them recipient oriented.
- are fluent in English (German or any other language skills are an advantage but not mandatory).
