HR Coordinator - Part Time (15-20h) MunichFinancial ServicesWe are partnering with a well-established, international firm and a long standing client within the financial services sector to recruit a Part-Time HR Advisor/coordinator for their Munich office. This is a hands-on role supporting both employees and the HR manager across the full HR lifecycle in a professional, regulated environment.The position is well suited to a more junior HR professional with 2-3 years of experience in s a similar setting seeking a long-term, part-time opportunity with flexibility, autonomy, and exposure to an international workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related queriesProvide advice on employee relations topics, including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance mattersManage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment contracts, amendments, and offboardingEnsure HR policies, processes and documentation are up to date and aligned with German labour lawSupport recruitment activities, including interview coordination and onboarding preparationMaintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentialityContribute to HR projects and process improvements as requiredRequirementsProven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role for 2-3 years. Strong working knowledge of German employment lawFluency in German and English, both written and spokenAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and a professional, confidential approachExperience within financial services or another regulated industry is an advantageIf this is for you, then we would like to hear from you today
