We are now looking for a

**Dual Degree Business Adminstration (M/F/d)**

to join our team working for a better future.

The preferred location for the position is in Hamburg, Germany.

**What you will be doing**

During the inhouse training the employee is expected to be deployed in the departments Accounting, Purchasing, Project-Controlling, Controlling and Service and trained in the typical activities there.

**Contents during in-house training**:

- Getting to know the business processes in the area of operation
- Order processing
- Invoicing and monitoring
- Data preparation for balance sheet and income statement, for example
- Participation in financial planning
- Actual vs. target comparisons and conducting variance analyses
- Preparation and creation of reports and reports
- Processing of cases in the dunning and collection department
- Obtaining and evaluation of offers, as well as awarding of orders and creation of order confirmations
- Tracking of delivery dates
- Control of project achievement (quality, time, costs)
- Participation in installation on board ships

**To be successful in this role we expect you to have**:

- High school diploma or college entrance qualification
- Good numerical reasoning ability, good communication skills, ability to work in a team, Personal commitment and autonomy**Duales Studium Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Bachelor of Science, in Kooperation mit der Nordakademie in Elmshorn.**

Während des Inhouse-Trainings wird geplant, dass der Mitarbeiter in mehreren Abteilungen wie z.B: Buchhaltung, Einkauf, Projektcontrolling, Controlling und Service eingesetzt wird und dort in die typischen Tätigkeiten unterwiesen und eingearbeitet wird.

**Inhalte während der innerbetrieblichen Ausbildung**:

- Kennenlernen der Geschäftsprozesse im Einsatzgebiet
- Erfassung von Aufträgen
- Rechnungsstellung und -überwachung.
- Aufbereitung der Daten für z.B. Bilanz und G+V
- Mitarbeit bei der Finanzplanung
- Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen
- Aufbereitung und Erstellung von Reports und Berichten
- Bearbeitung von Vorgängen im Mahn
- und Inkassowesen
- Einholen und Bewertung von Angeboten, sowie Vergabe von Aufträgen und Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen
- Lieferterminverfolgung
- Steuerung der Zielerreichung von Projekten (Qualität, Zeit, Kosten)
- Mitarbeit bei der Installation an Bord von Schiffen

**Wir erwarten**:

- Abitur oder Fachhochschulreife
