For Hamburg Headquarters we are looking for new colleagues starting 01 October 2025 for a**Dual Study Program Business Administration (focus Marketing) B.Sc. (M/F/d) 2025**
Your new job includes
- As a dual student (M/F/d), you will support us in our day-to-day business and experience at first hand how you can put the knowledge you have acquired in your studies directly into practice. In the course of the 3.5 years, you will in particular- take on your own tasks such as planning, organizing, developing and controlling our marketing and communication projects
- get to know the day-to-day business of the various departments, our corporate structure and the business units
- learning how to develop and implement 360° communication campaigns and holistic concepts, and supporting our team in the process
- take on administrative tasks such as preparing creative briefings, cost estimates and timings, as well as ensuring the exchange of information with all relevant interfaces
- take part in special trainings - such as product and IT trainings - together with your colleagues
- receive regular feedback on your personal and professional development
- receive intensive support throughout your studies from our Entry Programs Team and from a dual student-mentor in the various specialist departments
- attend lectures at the Nordakademie in Elmshorn near Hamburg together with other dual students during the theoretical phases of your studies
- have the opportunity to complete a semester abroad and have the chance to experience a business trip to our international locations, cruise ships or ferries
- receive an attractive salary (1st year: 1,215 euros, 2nd year: 1,320 euros, 3rd year: 1,485 euros) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses and 30 days' vacation
What you should bring along
- A-Levels as well as successful participation in the selection process of the Nordakademie
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as good communication skills
- Enthusiasm and enthusiasm for retail, possibly with initial practical experience and curiosity about working with exclusive brand products as well as marketing-relevant topics
- A fresh outlook and new ideas in an international and dynamic environment
- Commitment and enjoyment of independent, varied work with your own areas of responsibility
- Reliability, team spirit and open-mindedness for cooperation with your future colleagues
