For Hamburg Headquarters we are looking for new colleagues starting 01 October 2025 for a**Dual Study Program Business Administration B.Sc. (M/F/d) 2025**

Your new job includes
- As a dual student (M/F/d), you will support us in our day-to-day business and experience at first hand how you can put the knowledge you have acquired in your studies directly into practice. In the course of the 3.5 years you will in particular- go through the day-to-day business of the different departments and get to know our corporate structure and the business units
- actively take on your own areas of responsibility and work independently on exciting projects
- learn about the importance of optimal product range design for our Heinemann Duty Free Shops
- take part in special training courses with your colleagues, such as product and IT training courses
- receive regular feedback on your personal and professional development
- receive intensive support throughout your studies from our Entry Programs Team and from a dual student-mentor in the various specialist departments
- attend lectures at the Nordakademie in Elmshorn near Hamburg together with other dual students during the theoretical phases of your studies
- have the opportunity to complete a semester abroad and have the chance to experience a business trip to our international locations, cruise ships or ferries
- receive an attractive salary (1st year: 1,215 euros, 2nd year: 1,320 euros, 3rd year: 1,485 euros) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses and 30 days' vacation

What you should bring along
- A-levels as well as successful participation in the selection process of the Nordakademie
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as good communication skills
- Enthusiasm for retail, possibly with initial practical experience, and curiosity about working with exclusive branded products
- A fresh outlook and new ideas in an international and dynamic environment
- Commitment and enjoyment of independent, varied work with your own areas of responsibility
- Reliability, team spirit and open-mindedness for working with your future colleagues
