Our Merchant Services team lies at the heart and soul of Wolt, ensuring that we set all of our merchants (restaurant partners) up for success by providing a seamless onboarding, menu, and photo experience. As Wolt grows both in scale and scope of offering, the strength of our merchant services engine must grow with it.

As a Merchant Services team member you will master the core functions of Merchant Services, including **onboarding restaurants and managing cross functional partners internally as well as externally in the German market**. You will interact with Merchants, welcoming them to Wolt, making sure their experience is seamless and they are set up for success

**If you join our team, you will**:

- Successfully onboard venues onto the Wolt platform and ensure an optimal and speedy process at all times
- Build relationships with our restaurant partners, help them through the onboarding process, and ensure long-term operations success by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates
- Be in the middle of it all - help move roadblocks, and remove bottlenecks throughout the onboarding funnel in order to drive onboarding velocity
- Being responsible for the menu quality, always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand.
- Ensure our portfolio of restaurants reaches the highest Wolt service standards in both pragmatic and aesthetic terms

**Our humble expectations**
- Logical problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact
- Proactive ownership mentality - an independent thinker who can work with limited guidance, but through grit and determination can deliver a successful outcome
- Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people both internal and external
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer support is an advantage
- **Excellent written and oral communication** skills in **German** and **English**

**Nice to have**:

- Additional languages
- Experience in food industry
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
