As a Buying Operations Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring smooth order and delivery processes between our Buying team and suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Buying team in order creation, confirmation, and follow-up on planned deliveries
- Checking suppliers’ order data for completeness, consistency, and quality, and initiating corrective actions where needed
- Recording and maintaining order data and confirmations in our inventory management system in close alignment with buyers
- Monitoring incoming deliveries for timing and accuracy, and managing resolution of discrepancies with internal and external stakeholdersActing as an operational interface between Buying, Logistics, and Master Data to ensure timely product availability and data accuracy**Qualifications**:

- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., Groß- und Außenhandel, Industriekaufmann/-frau) or a degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field
- Professional experience in the fashion/têxtile/ or e-commerce industry, ideally in an operational or supply chain context
- High attention to detail and structured working style
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Confident use of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with SAP (MM module) and Jira is a plus
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
