We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of advanced Generative AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI product lifecycles, user needs, and business impact. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize AI-driven use cases that align with business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy & Roadmap**: Define and drive the roadmap for Generative AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- **Requirement Gathering & Prioritization**: Translate high-level concepts into well-defined features and user stories.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Partner with AI/ML engineers, product teams, and key business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver scalable AI solutions that align with strategic objectives and operational needs.
- **Market & User Research**: Stay up-to-date on the latest AI advancements and assess market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Evaluation & Optimization**: Continuously evaluate AI product performance, user feedback, and key product metrics to refine solutions.
- **Regulatory & Ethical Considerations**: Ensure AI solutions align with ethical guidelines and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **5+ years** in product management, with a focus on AI/ML or software products.
- **Strong understanding** of Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
- **Technical Background** is expected, while coding is not required. Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly preferred.
- **Excellent communication** skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- **Analytical mindset** with experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in **UX research** methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analytics.
- Strong understanding of AI-specific **UX challenges**, such as explainability, trust, transparency, and bias mitigation.
- Ability to synthesize user feedback into actionable product improvements.

**Nice to Have**:

- Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks like Scikit-Learn, LangChain, etc.
- Experience working with AI governance practices in scope of EU AI Act or GDPR.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, agentic AI, fine-tuning of AI models.
