- Drive central HR change management and employee engagement initiatives and support initiated change projects of other divisions, central functions, and countries
- Coordinate and carry out strategic HR projects with a positive impact on Culture and Organizational Development
- Responsible for the Vitesco Technologies Award and the development of the internal award & appreciation landscape to other divisions, central functions, and countries
- Support in the further development and administration of the Feedback Landscape, e.g. taking over responsibility in the core project team for the Global Employee Survey, managing additional feedback topics, e.g. introduction of team feedback, administration of survey service for entire organization
**Your profile**:
- Academic degree in Business Studies with HR focus, Psychology and / or Adult Education with a focus on HR and personnel / organizational development or comparable qualifications
- Several years of relevant work experience in the above-mentioned field
- Fluently proficient in German and English language skills written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail, excellent strategic planning skills (ideally project management experience), structured, solution-oriented and cooperative working style
- High degree of understanding and passion for digital communication channels, tools, and methods, combined with the needed IT affinity to keep expanding one’s own communication portfolio
