**Your tasks**:
With us, you'll learn how colorful and varied the field of marketing and communications is - not by just standing back and watching, but by actively participating in an open-minded and collegial team. We like to take on new tasks, find creative solutions and grow together beyond ourselves. You are involved from the beginning and have the freedom to bring in and implement your own ideas.
- You'll help with the planning and organization of our diverse marketing and communications activities.
- As part of our social media team, you will develop content ideas and create posts for our various internal and external channels.
- With your ideas and research, you'll help us create concepts and content that support our employer branding strategy.
- You create graphic elements and edit photos and illustrations.
- Your input is also needed in the production of videos.
- You'll help us create and revise marketing materials.
- You will write marketing texts as well as editorial contributions.
- You take on projects on your own responsibility - which ones depend mainly on what your interests are and what you particularly enjoy.

**Your profile**:

- You are a creative mind and interested in marketing, communication or design - and you are enrolled?
- You describe yourself as web-savvy, are enthusiastic about technological topics and are familiar with various social media platforms.
- Writing texts in German and English is no problem for you.
- You feel comfortable working with MS Office.
- Ideally, you already have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video software - if not: no problem, we'll teach you
- As a team player, you enjoy being around people and being inspired by the ideas, projects and stories of others.
- You are a communicative, flexible and motivated person who contributes independently and approaches challenges positively.
- You also have a good command of German and English.
