THE ROLE

Product Creation TeamAs a Head of Product Management, you’ll join a team who are extremely passionate about building products based on insights and data. This diverse group of product people cover a large area of expertise and support Zattoo with building competitive products and services based on value.

Product sits at the heart of our expanding B2B whitelabel platform and our evolving API based product. Today, these products deliver video content to millions of users and our customers use it to build their own monetization experiences on top of it.

Our list of customers is constantly growing and their needs are always evolving - that’s why we are looking for a Head of Product Management to help support us (f/m/x).
- You’ll provide coaching and advice on context-independent practices to support cost-effective decision making that provides value to our tenants.
- You’ll define a varying standard of practices that help Zattoo manage the priority and lifecycle of products over different timespans (multiple sprints to multiple years)
- You’ll connect strategy to action through practice and tools for the Product Team to act with awareness.
- You’ll be a questioning voice of reason and facilitate and coordinate all events that involve Product at Zattoo.
- You’ll provide opportunities for internal and external training to grow our ability to quickly capture learnings from our users and monetize them.
- You’ll be a line manager for a group of around 10 Product Owners and support and promote them through regular 1:1s and other methods.
- You'll be part of the Platform Group, specifically the Product Team, which is in charge of envisioning, designing, building and operating the practices, tools and services needed to operate our B2B business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work together with others to make the relevant data for decision making available at times when it is needed. This can include but is not limited to revenue, costs, throughput, cycle time, lead time, customer contacts etc.
- Work with others to make market research and user research readily available.
- Define an effective onboarding process for Product Managers.
- Evolve the product strategic practices as needed.
- Streamline critical and routine tasks into standard operating procedures.
- Simplify work for the Product Owners.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience with Product Management within B2B and B2C
- Successful experience of helping organizations grow beyond their current abilities
- Empathetic approach to customer needs and how to put it into practice
- Ability to manage stakeholders and decision making using risk, quality attributes and value
- Creative thinking with a knack for visualization
- Previous experience of Systems Thinking and Lean Methods
