**We're seeking a Founders Associate Intern who wants the unique opportunity to work closely with the Founders and the People Lead at bunch.**:
**You will work on essential elements of our business and gain **in-depth knowledge** of what it takes to build a team around a vision**:
**Top responsibilities**:

- Support strategic projects, ensure that things run smoothly for the founders and own the operational side of things - from developing day-to-day business processes to creating company policies.
- Take part in developing, mapping, and executing processes as part of our employee lifecycle, including recruitment and people operations.
- Be the founders' problem-solver across the business and be responsible for day-to-day admin topics for our HQ.

**What you should bring with you**:

- You are currently pursuing or recently graduated Business Administration or a related field (Bachelor/Master/MBA degree).
- Sincere curiosity in entrepreneurship and demonstrated initiative, as well as good communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for early-stage.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Whether you excel at modelling quantitative decisions, enjoy interacting with people, or have a talent for automating processes.

**What your interview journey will look like**:

- ** First interview** **with the People Lead** to get acquainted with bunch and to understand if what we’re offering is what you’re searching for.
- ** Case Interview**, to demonstrate your way of thinking, working, and communicating your output.
- ** Final meeting** **with our Co-Founder** to discuss further learn about our vision and discuss any open questions.
