As we are growing our Team, we are looking for a
Founders Associate (M/F/d) Intern or Working Student in Berlin as of now.
As a Founders Associate at Junison, you will act as the right hand to the company’s leadership, playing a critical role in supporting the founders across various business functions. From organizing high-level meetings and business trips to preparing decision-making materials and analyses, you’ll ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Additionally, you'll provide strategic advice, manage projects, and support HR decisions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to different aspects of a growing business, contributing to both operational and strategic initiatives across the company.
Tasks
- Organize, prepare, and follow up on meetings, (video) conferences, events, and business trips.
- Prepare analyses and decision-making materials, including presentations, contracts, and sales documents.
- Assist with strategic advice and project leadership, including tracking and controlling.
- Support development processes and HR decisions.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, manage correspondence, and handle billing tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Communications, or electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English (C2), additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in start-ups is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, discretion, flexibility, and resilience.
