**Your role and main tasks**:

- We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Coordinator to assist our CRM Team Lead with daily business operations and coordinate projects that overlap between departments and teams, while also playing a key role in facilitating seamless project coordination and efficient task distribution across the organization. The Coordinator will support the CRM Team Lead in daily activities, ensuring responsibilities are effectively divided within the team.
- Support the CRM Team Lead in coordinating daily activities, tasks, and projects
- Distributing tasks within the team
- Check planned activities
- Monitor campaigns and customer groups
- Monitor the distribution of traffic on the website
- Check and monitor the quality of communication
- Monitor the deliverability of the newsletters

**You will need**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRM Manager
- Understanding of the target group
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Emarsys and Microsoft Office
- Team player: achieving success together as a team, able to motivate team members
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities
