**Job Title: Onsite Training Delivery Coordinator (German & English)**

**Hours: Full-Time, Permanent**
**Location: Donauworth, Germany (On-Site)**
**Salary: €28,000 - €30,000 per annum**

**About the Role**:
Verus Recruitment Partners are supporting a leading global EdTech company who have more than 36 years of experience in learning outsourcing. Our client also has a footprint that spans over 40 countries, they help the world’s leading companies dramatically improve L&D effectiveness and efficiency.

We are currently supporting their internal recruitment team and we are looking to speak with people with learning delivery management or learning delivery operations experience to join this prolific global business as an Onsite Multilingual Training Delivery Coordinator (German & English speaking) and be dedicated to helping their customers increase the value of learning and development.

We are looking for someone to be based onsite with one of their clients in Donauworth, Germany and deliver an outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyse training needs as outlined by the client and ascertain the requisite number of sessions to adequately train the specified number of trainees across various courses and locations.
- Oversee requests for the creation, modification, completion, and cancellation of training sessions as necessary.
- Organise training sessions that align with the expectations and availability of trainees, ensuring their effective execution.
- Liaise with the team in India for any necessary changes or updates in the training events or programmes.
- Facilitate the completion of training activities by following up on attendance and processing invoices as required.
- Ensure compliance with established workflows and processes using the CRM tool.
- Coordinate with training organisations and the master vendor responsible for training settlements.
- Provide Learner Support.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 18 months of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
- Exposure to an international work environment is highly desirable.
- A thorough understanding of the training landscape in Germany.
- A customer service-oriented approach is essential.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Clear and concise communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM tool.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.

**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other Learning Management System (LMS) would be an advantage.
