**What you will do**
- Project lead and acquisition of public funded projects and direct industry contracts
- Participate in collaborations with our scientific and industrial partners
- Work independently on future spintronic devices
- Supervision of students
- Write scientific publications and present at international conferences

**What you bring to the table**
- Successfully completed science degree (Diploma/Master) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a comparable field of relevance
- Profound knowledge in spintronics, magnetism and solid state physics/chemistry
- Scientific and technical understanding in STT-/SOT-MRAM, Racetrack Memory and TMR sensing
- Work experience in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment (preferably on 300mm waferlevel)
- Proven experience in film and/or stack development (e.g. for MRAM)
- Deep understanding on magnetic analytics (e.g. CIPT, VSM, MOKE)
- High motivation to work with industrial partners with special focus on their needs
