Over the past decades, Daimler Truck’s divisions have consistently set standards for the entire transportation industry - in terms of safety, fuel efficiency and driver and passenger comfort. Now it’s time for the next evolutionary step: emission-free, automated and connected driving. Daimler Truck is working to bring these important technologies to high-volume series production, across brands, divisions and regions. In this way the company intends to take a major step closer to realizing its vision of CO₂-neutral transport and accident-free and contribute to the sustainability of global goods and passenger transport.
To ensure being best in class in both technology and responsiveness to changing trends and customer needs, we are constantly pushing the boundaries to transform our organization. We succeed in this by establishing the right strategic platforms and technologies. One of these is the global Daimler Truck API management platform. We believe in the importance of leveraging APIs to enhance our products and services.
In this scope, we are looking for a an intern in our CTO office. This role will aim to support our team on ensuring a smooth roll out of the API management platform within Daimler Truck AG and drive the adoption of APIs within our company.
Future Tasks:
- in the collection and analysis of data related to product usage, customer feedback, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Helping to gather user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand pain points and areas for enhancement
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including product requirements, specifications, and user guides
- Contributing ideas for new features, enhancements, and product improvements based on research and customer insights
- Helping to track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure the product development process stays on track
- Participating in product-related meetings, taking notes, and assisting in organizing follow-up action items
- Working with the customer support team to understand customer inquiries and issues, which can offer valuable input for product improvements
- Assisting in creating training materials and user onboarding documentation for new product features
