Global Talent Acquisition Operations Lead

We seek to hire a highly motivated and dedicated Global Talent Acquisition Operations Lead (f/m/d) to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. This role is open for the following locations: Hamburg, Munich, Göttingen, Abingdon, Macclesfield, Orth/Donau, Lyon, Toulouse, and Verona.

We designed our Global Talent Acquisition delivery model to serve the business strategically and effectively with a functions-based approach. Our Operational Leads ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction (Internal & External) and assess the complete end-to-end Global Talent Acquisition service portfolio through continuous improvement of the new target operating model. Each Operational Lead has a global functional focus and leads a team of Global Talent Acquisition Specialists.

What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop capabilities of the global talent acquisition delivery team by driving towards operational excellence- Ensure best-in-class execution and delivery of In-House recruitment services continuous improvement- Deliver the GTA vision and drive strategic and operational objectives for all aspects of talent acquisition globally- Being the point of contact for relevant business leads and providing ongoing communication to sponsors, owners, and key stakeholders, to ensure awareness and understanding of progress in a prompt manner- Develop exceptional relationships and strong lines of communication across functions/markets and regions to allow for ongoing collaboration and successful execution of deliverables- Identify, investigate, and lead problem resolution for complex requirements or other related deliverables, escalating whenever required- Manage and influence business and functional leaders to ensure overall business objectives are met, and the resources necessary to recruit talent are acquired- Manage and collaborate with external vendors

What we are looking for:
- Seasoned leadership experience with an authentic mentoring and coaching approach to team management and development-
- International experience in recruitment/talent, ideally gained within a global, matrixed organization- Track record of success driving a holistic recruitment strategy (needs assessment, planning, execution, and embedding) for multiple functions and markets.- Demonstrated success independently executing against project deliverables, targets, and mid-term, long term objectives, as well as leading people towards achieving targets and deliverables.- Experience in building strategic roadmaps and senior executive audience storyboards- Demonstrated ability to contribute towards developing and driving global initiatives and embedding them at the functional/market level.-
- Strong knowledge of the functional areas/markets that you support.- Strong experience in people management and leading teams (including virtual teams) by creating a high-performance environment build around creativity and empowerment.- Strong collaboration and partnership skills with senior-level HR, Business, and Recruiting colleagues globally.- Extensive knowledge and ability to grasp cultural differences, understand regional differences, and successfully drive initiatives across a complex landscape.- Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
