**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:
Key responsibilities:

- Support a systematic review and meta-analysis of quantitative ex-post evaluation literature in climate policy;
- Conduct structured searches using academic databases (e.g. Scopus, Web of Science);
- Identify, screen, and select relevant academic and policy literature;
- Extract, code, and standardize data from selected studies;
- Manage and organize data from multiple sources;
- Assist in synthesizing findings, including basic statistical analysis and visual representation of results;
- Contribute to manuscript writing and documentation;
- Provide general support for the daily operations of the Evidence for Climate Solutions Group.

**Erwartete Qualifikationen**:
You are a Bachelor or Master student, enrolled at a German university, and ideally meet the following requirements:

- You have a background in economics, environmental sciences, public policy, quantitative social sciences, psychology, or related fields;
- You are able to read and understand scientific literature;
- You are eager to learn;
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team and can deliver outputs along pre-defined timelines.

Additionally:

- Previous experience in policy impact evaluation, systematic reviews, or evidence synthesis is an asset;
- Knowledge in statistical software (e.g., R, STATA, or Python) is an asset;
- A sound understanding of econometrics, meta-analysis techniques, causal inference and quasi-experimental methods is a strong asset;
- Familiarity with reference management tools (e.g., Zotero, Mendeley) and systematic review tools (e.g., EPPI, Covidence) is a plus.
