About us

We are a young deep-tech startup operating at the intersection of technology, science, and entrepreneurship.

Our goal is to set entirely new standards in quantum technology, telecommunications, and radar with our opto-electronic signal technology.

We are a small, highly motivated team with strong ambitions, deep technological focus, and a genuine drive to make an impact.

To enable our CEO to fully focus on strategy, product, and growth, we are looking for a
structured, reliable, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO
who will help take our organization to the next level.

Your responsibilities

·       Support the CEO in day-to-day operations – coordinate schedules, prepare meetings, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

·       Manage communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders (investors, partners, and team).

·       Oversee office and operations management: organization, documentation, filing, contracts, invoices, etc.

·       Keep the CEO "in flow" – prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and bring structure to a fast-paced environment.

·       Think in processes: identify opportunities to make workflows more efficient, transparent, or automated.

·       Support HR and recruiting activities, events, team offsites, and presentations.

Your profile

·       You work in a structured, thorough, and independent way – proactive and with strong ownership.

·       You enjoy organization, communication, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.

·       You are reliable, discreet, and trustworthy – confidentiality comes naturally to you.

·       You thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and direct communication.

·       You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

·       Experience in a similar role (executive assistance, office management, project coordination, etc.) is a plus – but your mindset and attitude matter most.
