HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT - You are the go-to person for our Talent & Leadership Development setup - You will provide guidance on Talent & Leadership Development topics to People Team colleagues and closely cooperate with the People Business Partners to enable the entire organization on Talent & Leadership Development - You will drive and run all Talent & Leadership Development offerings and processes globally, eg Personal Development Plans, Developmental Feedback processes, the Leadership Development program, as well as Learning/Training topics in close collaboration with our People Business Partners, supported by working students - You will continuously improve, scale and (re)design our Talent & Leadership Development landscape following our strong growth and internationalization - You stay on top of the latest Talent & Leadership Development trends and tools on the market WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE - You want to use your broad experience in setting up and running Talent & Leadership Development processes in a company to have a real impact - You want to build on your experience gained in a fast-paced international environment and enjoy leveraging your insights ideally gained at both, ‘established’ companies as well as start-up/scale-up environments - You take pride and gain energy from creating, scaling and continuously improving Talent & Leadership Development offerings and processes and love running and enabling them globally - You love to ensure the quality and impact of trainings given by external trainers whilst also enjoying (co-)facilitating selected workshops and trainings yourself - You would like to join a closely knit and fun-to-be-part-of People Team where we strongly value collaboration based on individual ownership as well as a pragmatic can-do attitude - You like to use your excellent English communication skills and ideally have a good command of German HOW WE WILL KNOW IF WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH Your recruiting partner for this role is Madhulika (she/her).
