**Your tasks**:

- You select suitable recruiting channels for addressing the various target groups
- You are in constant dialog with applicants, departments, executives and HR colleagues
- You are the central contact person for all recruiting-related issues and represent the company at job fairs together with our colleagues
- As an employer branding specialist, you further develop our attractive employer brand
- You will work with managers and local HR colleagues to ensure an optimal onboarding process
- You will support the training officers in recruiting new talent
- You will contribute your expertise by developing new strategies to secure the next generation of employees
- Thanks to you, the shortage of skilled workers will be nothing more than a word

**Your profile**:

- Fun and enjoyment in recruiting new team members
- High social competence and fun in communication
- Distinct negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Positive mindset
- Ideally international experience in recruiting and active sourcing at all hierarchical levels
