**About us
At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world. To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network. As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development. With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.

**Your Mission
You are responsible for MBition’s Marketing and communication team. You will continuously drive improvement in the area of internal and external communication while providing transparency on important aspects of MBition’s projects to all internal and external stakeholders.

With your ideas you add value to all internal and external communication paths and you shape the companies branding for the future
- Development of an internationally oriented content & media strategy
- Steering internal and external communication paths.
- Design the company branding for the future.
- Overall responsibility for all communication, Marketing and Events for MBition.
- Contact person for the C-Level for internal and external communications.
- Further development of our different media channels, including monitoring and community management.
- Market research, derivation of trends and implementation in our internal and external communication channels.
- Personnel marketing and employer branding in cooperation with HR.
- Creation of content such as success stories, one-pagers, blog posts and texts to promote our events, campaigns, projects and products internally, externally and throughout Mercedes-Benz.
- Be the driver of a close collaboration between the Mercedes RD-Team, Mercedes Communication and the MBition team.

You work as part of a team with experienced creatives, guide the not-so-experienced ones and collaborate across teams with colleagues from other departments.

**Qualifikationen**:
**Your Profile
**Education
- You have a successfully completed degree in business, communication studies or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 3-4 years of professional experience in the field communication or marketing, preferably within the IT space.

**Experience
- You impress us with years of experience in conceptualizing, designing and planning digital and branding & corporate communication projects and a portfolio that proves the quality of your work.
- You have a proven track record of successfully managing the marketing and communication team.
- You have a passion for writing creative and target-group-oriented articles, are confident with texts and have a very good feeling for the English language.
- You are familiar with Photoshop and InDesign.
- You work independently, with a high standard of work and are a reliable team player
- You are creative in finding & creating new, target group-relevant content
- Having experience in organising corporate events, conferences, Fairs or speaker slots is a plus.
- Strong communication, project and stakeholder management skills
