**Job Description**:
Your role will be to establish and develop our employer brand in Germany. This is a role for someone with a strong belief in employee engagement and communications as a strategic tool for business. Your positive/can-do attitude and natural ability to build strong and efficient working relationships across different cultures and levels of an organization will be key to your success. The ability to work independently and deliver on agreed assignments is critical. Experience in working with or for an international organization is an asset.

This is an ideal role for a self-starter and team player with a can-do attitude. You will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and possesses a passion for communications, particularly in relation to the IT/Engineering field.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Marketing and Communications Lead for Engineering to position us as an employer of choice for software engineering talent in Germany. To do this, you will create the external communications strategy, content plan, channel matrix, and ad material, rooted in our values. You will then lead the implementation of the agreed activities across multiple markets.
- Manage all internal communications channels relating to Evolution Germany.
- Support Evolution’s Engineering department with conferences; messaging and material creation. You will also provide on-the-spot support for event set-up and represent the company as required.
- Manage proactive PR initiatives and channels. Advice on media relations related to the IT/Engineering field for Evolution in Germany. Work with external agencies, when necessary.
- Support our Engineering Talent Acquisition team with communications messaging/positioning and material creation.
- Liaise with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers. Draft creative briefs, and be the point of contact for creative material required for Engineering department communications.
- Act as an ambassador for the company and brand. Ensure all communications reflect our values and positioning as well as comply with our Brand Guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- We’re looking for someone with a strong marketing and/or PR background in the tech/engineering field. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or PR.
- Minimum 4 years experience in leading projects (independently or as part of a team of leaders) in a relevant field (marketing, brand positioning, and/or communications/PR).
- 2-3 years of experience working with tech/software-related media and platforms/forums as a promotional tool. A strong local media network focused on tech media will be an advantage.
- Exceptional writer with proven experience in writing for brand positioning, PR, marketing/social media. Internal communications messaging experience an advantage.
- Excellent English and German, written, and spoken skills are required. Additional languages are an asset.
- Experience in working on recruitment-related projects will be an asset.
