Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking to fill the position Customer Service Representative EM, based in Sindelfingen.
This is a challenging role which will require you to provide premium service to both customers as well as retailers and build relationships in order to make a lasting positive impression.
The scope of the role is frontline support for both Retailers and Importers, ranging from “Order desk” functions to product related support and administrative tasks, outbound logistics in current supply chain area.
This role includes logistics coordination, i.e. cross border and domestic logistics and import of goods. Part of supply chain distribution organizing transportation activities, including virtual storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
**Some of the key responsibilities are the following**:
- Handle transport and product claims from Retailers and Importers
- After Sales Service Center support and coordination for CIS and Importers countries
- Participate in various other administrative duties of the team
- Full drop-shipment coordination for Importers and Retailers through the logistic pathways to reach destinations on agreed schedule in EME
- Control customs clearance paperwork for import of goods, specific brokerage requests and coordination of outbound logistics
- Keep track and status update for needed Certificates and Declarations in the respective market
- Maintain customer data in ERP System (M3) and in the CRM system (SF) to assure 100% accuracy
- Receive, process and track orders from customers by phone/E-mail/Chat
- Ensure orders are registered in the Demandware, Altapay and M3 system for shipment and invoicing
- Issue invoices and credit notes
- Be flexible to participate in serving other markets both serving retailers and end consumers in an international and multilingual team
**Requirements**:
- Commercial education, but no specific specialization required
- Min 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service Role
- Fluent in English is a must, additional languages, like Spanish, are a big plus
- Interest in working with and supporting international teams
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good knowledge of CIS and Importers Market specifics, Logistics & Import customs clearance requirements, Regulatory boundaries.
