**Aufgaben**:

- Du begleitest die Führungskräfte als strategische:r und operative:r Partner:in bei Entwicklungs
- und Veränderungsprozessen an allen Standorten der CML Construction Services GmbH.
- In Abstimmung mit dem Management sowie dem zentralen People & Culture Development bist du verantwortlich für die Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung der People & Culture-Ziele.
- Du unterstützt Führungskräfte bei der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und bist erste Ansprechperson für Potenzial Management, Mitarbeitergespräche/Entwicklungspläne, Coaching und Mitarbeiteraustritt.
- Im Rahmen des Employer Brandings setzt du Personalmarketingmaßnahmen um, kennst Social Medial Tools und trägst aktiv zu einer positiven Employee Experience bei.
- Du bist vertraut mit den relevanten Personalkennzahlen und unterstützt Führungskräfte bei der Interpretation und Maßnahmenableitung.
- Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit der zentralen Abteilung People & Culture Development stellst Du die Weiterentwicklung von Konzernstandards und Prozessen sicher.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Du hast ein Studium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder ähnliches) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR / Personal / People & Culture, idealerweise in einem Konzernumfeld oder einem international agierenden Unternehmen.
- Du bist flexibel, Kommunikation ist deine Stärke und du zeigst hohe Eigenverantwortung.
- Du verfügst über hohe soziale Kompetenz und bist motiviert neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft zu den verschiedenen Standorten der CML Construction Services runden dein Profil ab.
