**Associate Director/ Head of QC Sample Management (m/w/d) - R-160979**:
(Vollzeit / unbefristet)

**Aufgaben**
- Übergreifende Koordination und strategische Entwicklung der unterstellten Bereiche, strategische Ausrichtung für externe Partnerschaften innerhalb der QC sowie verantwortlich für externes Stakeholder Management und -Koordination; Unterstützung in der Koordination anderer Laborbereiche
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung der Qualitätskontrolle im QC-Leitungsteam, Sicherstellung von bereichsübergreifender Effizienz
- operatives und strategisches QC Projekt
- und Verbesserungsmanagement
- Leitung operativer und strategischer QC Projekte
- Professional für Projektmanagement der QC
- Professional für Lean Management der QC
- Sicherstellung eines GMP-konformen Arbeitsumfeldes in den Bereichen
- Repräsentant für den geführten Bereich nach Innen und nach Außen
- Bündelung des wissenschaftlichen / technischen Know-how
- Vertretung des Bereichs gegenüber Behörden und bei Audits
- Erstellung / Review von relevanten Dokumenten
- Strategische Ausrichtung der Arbeits
- und Organisationsprozesse des Verantwortungsbereichs unter Berücksichtigung:

- der Entwicklung des Produktportfolios
- kosten
- und qualitätsrelevanter Aspekte
- gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen
- Optimierungspotential in der eigenen Organisation
- Personalbedarfsplanung sowie Personaleinsatzplanung und Personalbestandskontrolle im Verantwortungsbereich
- Führen der unterstellten Mitarbeiter entsprechend den Führungsgrundsätzen des Unternehmens
- Planen und Kontrolle des Budgets für den Verantwortungsbereich in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten und dem Controlling und ggf. Ergreifen von geeigneten Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Soll-/Ist-Abweichungen
- Unterstützung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung interner und gesetzlicher Regelungen zu Arbeitssicherheit und Arbeitsschutz

**Qualifikationen**
- Studium plus MBA (oder vergleichbar)
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen oder diagnostischen Industrie mit den Schwerpunkten Lean Management und/ oder Projektmanagement sowie Qualitäts
- und regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Projekten (Zertifizierter Projektmanager wünschenswert)
- Lean Management Ausbildung (min. Green Belt)
- Exzellente Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
