Our mission is supporting global talent to uncover their potential and path the way towards opportunity in Europe. To accomplish it and continuously impact people's lives, we count on the precious help of volunteer hands.
As part of our volunteer career coaches team, you would be in charge of reviewing CVs and LinkedIn profiles of our fellows as well as having digital career coaching sessions with them in order to help with further CV/ LinkedIn improvements and answer questions about e.g. relocation, the German job market or career opportunities.

Requirements would be a minimum time commitment of three months with about 2-3 digital coaching sessions per week and proficiency in English (minimum B2, preferably C1). There's no need to be in Berlin or Germany, our coaches are spread out all over the world and support our community digitally.
