**Sales Support Advisor (m/w/d)**

Die Position wird in Vollzeit und im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung besetzt.

**Ihre Arbeitsaufgaben**:

- Telefonische Kundenbetreuung
- Mitarbeit in der Auftragsabwicklung
- Datenpflege im ERP-System
- Koordination und Anpassung von Terminen
- Auftragsbearbeitung und Reklamationsmanagement
- Angebotseinholung
- Unterstützende Tätigkeit bei der Bonitätsprüfung
- Verwaltung von Gutschriften
- Stammdatenpflege im CRM System

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung oder ähnlicher Position
- Anwendungssicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, sowie einem Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung runden Ihr Profil ab
