Für unsere Standorte Hamburg, Frankfurt und Düsseldorf (gerne auch teils Remote) suchen wir Verstärkung \--> Let´s go Live < - - Live Reply ist der Spezialist der Reply-Gruppe für Beratung, Planung, Deployment und Managed Services im Netzwerkbereich (mehrschichtige Transport - und Kommunikationslösungen für Mobilfunk und Festnetz), Software-defined Networks, Virtualisierung sowie die digitale, cloud-basierte Applikationsentwicklung mit besonderem Fokus auf die Branchen Telekommunikation und Medien. Aufgaben - In dieser Leitungsfunktion mit Personalverantwortung führst du ein Team wie eine eigene kleine Unternehmung mit voller Profit-/Loss-Verantwortung. - Du gestaltest du die strategische Ausrichtung und das Service-Portfolios des Teams - Kern deiner Arbeit sind die Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Netzwerklösungen für unsere Kunden im IT- und Telekommunikationsumfeld oder die Projektleitung in diesem Umfeld - Du nutzt deine fachliche und disziplinarische Führung innerhalb der Business Unit, indem du das Team forderst und förderst und weiter mit ihnen wächst - Du hast Ideen und Überzeugungskraft und schaffst es mit deinem Standing ein verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für unsere Bestandskunden zu sein, bzw. neue Kunden für uns zu begeistern - Als Teil des Senior Management Teams und mit dessen Rückhalt wächst du selbst jeden Tag daran eine kleine Business Unit als Profit-Center zu führen Qualifikation - Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, BWL, Ingenieurwesen, Physik, Nachrichtentechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang - Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung erworben, z.B. durch eine Gruppenleitung oder die Leitung von größeren Projekten im IT und/oder Telekommunikations-Umfeld - Dein gutes Verständnis für professionelle Kundenkommunikation (beispielsweise in technischen Kunden-Workshops erworben) machen dich zu einem wertvollen Ansprechpartner im Team - Analytisches und ergebnisorientiertes Denken sowie Spaß an Know-How-Sharing und Networking in der digitalen Community zeichnen dich aus - Du hast sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, national zu reisen **Benefits**: Was macht uns aus? - Wir bieten dir ein attraktives Gehalt und ein wettbewerbsfähiges Gesamtpaket - Modernes/ hybrides Arbeiten in einem innovativen und internationalen Team - Onboarding, Mentoring und einen Buddy der dich ab Tag eins begleitet - Regelmäßige und systematische (externe und interne) Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten/ Zertifizierungen - Corporate Benefits - starke Rabatte bei vielen Anbietern - Firmenparties und Sportevents - Fitness -, Mobilitätszuschlag sowie Jobrad - Games-Room Station - und viele weitere Benefits.
