- As a member of our
- **Management Team**, you will have your finger on the pulse of automotive change, lead your department with strategic vision and actively influence the future of our EVS business unit, working together across Europe.**Here’s where you’ll make an impact**:

- With your experience as a manager, you will coach and lead manager and employees in Direct Purchasing, Indirect Purchasing and Supplier Quality. Through organizational design, the definition of KPIs and strategic foresight, you will achieve long-term, profitable relationships with our suppliers.
- As Vice President Procurement, you will optimize supply chains with your teams to ensure that the procurement process is in line with the company's long-term strategy.
- Another area of responsibility is the development of a procurement strategy for raw materials, defining project scopes, identifying savings opportunities for the entire organisation, negotiating and managing contracts.
- Additionally, you’ll ensure we have competitive supplier portfolio to fulfill business needs in terms of technology, quality, cost competitiveness, supply, environmental and ethical capability.
- Last but not least, you support automotive system supplier projects and, if necessary, get involved yourself in order to successfully continue these projects.

**This is your basic equipment**:

- University degree in business administration, economics or engineering or equivalent
- Outstanding experience in leading teams in a purchasing, procurement or sourcing role in automotive industry
- The will to create processes, to constantly challenge them and the courage to drive change forward
- Hands-on mentality - recognize when it is necessary to provide active support
