Tasks

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Strategic financial planning and analysis (budget preparation, controls procedures, plan-fact analysis).
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
- Optimization of financial and tax accounting function of the Group
- Preparation of management accounting, cash-flows planning and financial analysis, regular reporting for management and investors
- Accounting and due diligence of M&A activities
- Process automatization and presentation (Power BI and other tools)
- Communicate, engage and interact with Board of Directors, CEO, COO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Recruiting new staff members when required
- Communication with the banks

**Requirements**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, master's degree, or MBA.
- Relevant experience with all the listed functionality from 5 years
- Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, general finance and budgeting
- Experience with corporate governance
- Experience in preparation and audit of financial statements according to IFRS
- Practical skills in setting up management accounting and budgeting, incl. from scratch
- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
- English speaking (must), German speaking (advantageous)
