Moonfarians strive to keep growing and want to challenge the status quo while working as a team to deliver innovative solutions and the Moonfare vision. **Intern - Investments (M/F/d)** Moonfare offers investors a completely digitized platform that enables individuals to invest in a wide range of top performing funds. As we continue to expand into new geographies and grow our investor base, we are looking to increase the capacity of our Investment team with the goal of greatly expanding our fund offering. We are looking for an intern to join the Investment team for a period of six months who will assist in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting internal investment research across alternative asset classes, and coordinating cross-functionally to support customer-facing parts of the company with content and knowledge. This is a great opportunity to start building a network while working with an exceptionally experienced team. The position would be based in Berlin with coverage across the globe. **You will**: - Evaluate investment opportunities across the alternative asset space, with a primary focus on private equity funds - Conduct holistic investment research to guide the company's strategic direction, inform Moonfare investors and, educate our internal teams with regards to investing and markets - Further the teams' effort to build a network of top-tier fund managers across geographies and asset classes - Monitor existing Moonfare investments and ensure that the fund investors are being provided ongoing reporting - Assist in the preparation of due diligence reports for the Moonfare investment committee - Support other internal teams, such as, institutional sales and marketing with content creation and investment analysis - Cross-functionally drive the process of launching new investment opportunities on the Moonfare platform - liaising between fund manager and internal teams **The next Moonfarian**: - A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar field - 6 months to 1 year experience (post-grad or internships) from the investing or finance industry - Additional experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting firms, or start-ups is a plus - Refined research skills to find the most accurate data available - A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a sense of ownership - Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking - Highly collaborative team working skills with a passion for sharing information - Strong analytical skills whilst imploring critical thinking to make the best decisions - Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written **Invest in yourself**: **Ownership**: All team members are empowered to bring ideas, make decisions and have impact.
