Tasks
- Conducting in-depth due diligence on managers and potential investments in private equity across primaries, secondaries, and co-investments
- Assisting with the preparation of comprehensive investor reports and presentations
- Analyzing financial statements, quarterly and annual reports of private market partnerships, including a review of partnership portfolio company valuations and cash flows
- Preparing investment memoranda, generating detailed financial models
- Assist in the closing process for new investments.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, business economics, or related field
- Experience in the relevant field, PE/ VC, Investment banking, Consulting, etc.
- Good knowledge of the private equity
- Significant experience in investment underwriting, modeling, and valuation analysis preferred
- Strong PowerPoint presentation and excel skills
