Wir planen, koordinieren und analysieren Marketingkampagnen, entwickeln Werbekonzepte und Content-Strategien, produzieren Inhalte und steuern Social-Media-Aktivitäten rund um das Thema Medizintourismus speziell auf dem Gebiet der Haartransplantation. **Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- **Amazon-Strategieentwicklung**:Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Optimierung der Präsenz und Performance unserer Produkte auf Amazon (FBA und FBM).
- **Produktlisten-Optimierung**:Erstellung und Optimierung von Produktlisten mit Fokus auf Titel, Bullet Points, Beschreibungen, Bilder und A+ Content, um Sichtbarkeit und Conversion zu maximieren.
- **Keyword-Recherche und SEO**:Durchführung detaillierter Keyword-Analysen und Implementierung relevanter Suchbegriffe in Produktlisten und Kampagnen.
- **Amazon PPC-Kampagnenmanagement**:Planung, Einrichtung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von gesponserten Produkten, Marken
- und Display-Anzeigen zur Maximierung des ROI.
- **Performance-Monitoring**:Überwachung und Analyse der Verkaufsleistung, Conversion-Raten, Lagerbestände und anderer KPIs mit Tools wie Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10 oder Jungle Scout.
- **Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalyse**:Analyse von Markttrends, Konkurrenten und neuen Produkten, um Strategien anzupassen und Wachstumschancen zu nutzen.
- **Promotion und Deals**:Planung und Durchführung von Rabattaktionen, Blitzangeboten und anderen Promotions, um die Verkaufszahlen zu steigern.
- **Kundenfeedback und Bewertungen**:Management von Kundenbewertungen und Rezensionen, um das Markenimage zu stärken und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erhöhen.
- **Zusammenarbeit**:Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams, wie Produktentwicklung, Logistik und Grafikdesign, um ein nahtloses Amazon-Management zu gewährleisten.

**Anforderungen**:

- **Berufserfahrung**:

- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Amazon-Marketing oder Marketplace-Management.
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Steigerung von Verkäufen und Sichtbarkeit auf Amazon.
- **Fachkenntnisse**:

- Erfahrung mit Amazon Seller Central und Amazon Advertising.
- Kenntnisse in Tools wie Helium 10, Jungle Scout oder vergleichbaren Programmen.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung und Optimierung von KPIs.
- **Technisches Verständnis**:Vertrautheit mit Amazon SEO, Keyword-Strategien und dem Algorithmus (A9).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Ergebnisorientierte Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten.
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.
- Detailorientierung und organisatorisches Geschick.
