**We are looking for a skilled Publishing Lead to manage a portfolio of studios developing new games while building up their own team.**

Sunday is a young and successful startup that develops, publishes and markets hyper-casual mobile games. Our international team of around 50 developers, artists, game designers, marketers and publishing managers reaches an audience of millions of players every day. Our goal is to become one of the leading mobile game companies worldwide within the next years.

**What you will do**:

- You will manage a portfolio of studios to develop new games in line with Sunday's publishing strategy
- You will build up and manage a cross functional team of Publishing Managers, Game Designers and Product Manager
- You will constantly make data driven decisions throughout the game development process and manage business performance
- You will work closely with the Head of Publishing to align on strategy and to make our publishing processes most efficient

**Who you are**:

- You have a proven track record in publishing of mobile games
- You have a deep understanding of different monetization models in mobile games
- You are highly ambitious and have an achiever mindset combined with strategic thinking
- You bring strong communication skills combined with good problem solving and negotiation
- You know how to mentor your team for career development and how to coach studio partners to align with Sunday's strategy
- You know how to research on the market and to evaluate games
