We are now seeking a **Creative Brand Outreach Assistant** to support **brand partnerships** for our upcoming editorial series, photoshoots, and collaborations. This is an opportunity ideal for someone who’s organised, proactive, and fluent in the world of independent brands and visual aesthetics. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and research aligned brands (fashion, wellness, design, home, etc.) for product placement and creative partnerships. - Generate xamountof fresh leads per week using online research, creative platforms, and smart filtering. - Help tailor short outreach messages using pre-prepared decks, brand one-pagers, and stats. - Track conversations, replies, follow-ups, and support scheduling or handoff to founder. - Help prepare brand-facing material (PDFs, stats, screenshots, clips) to support pitches. - Collaborate on new ways of reaching brands (e.g., custom postcards, micro-video invites, etc.) - Support organizing leads by vertical, geography, production timing, and likelihood to close. **Who We’re Looking For** - Education in Communication, Marketing, Fashion, or Cultural Studies is a plus - You have experience in brand research, influencer coordination, or creative sales assistance. - You have a natural sense for visual brands — fashion, editorial, design, beauty, or lifestyle. - You are fluent in English, structured, fast, and proactive. - You can work independently and follow daily or weekly lead targets. **What We Offer** - Flexible freelance contract, remote-friendly, with option for daily or weekly calls. - The chance to support cinematic, high-quality creative work. - Visibility into the creative business development process. - A direct and honest collaboration environment — your work matters, and impact is visible immediately. **To Apply** - The phrase **"Meaning connects"** at the top of your message. - 1-2 short sentences about **why you’re drawn to this type of outreach role.**: - A quick note about **your lead research style** — how do you find aligned brands? - Your CV **Applications that don’t follow these steps will not be considered.** For more info about our company, **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Application Question(s): Begin your motivation letter with the phrase: 1. read through the job description and follow the steps at the end.
