Operations Coordinator (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Steuerung der Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im Security Team hinsichtlich Einhaltung von SLAs und Qualitätsstandards
- Eskalationsmangement bei kritischen Inicidents oder drohender Überschreitung von SLAs
- Erstellung von Einsatzplänen
- Etablierung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung
Ihr Profil:
- Sehr gute ITIL Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Incident Prozessen im Brereich IT Infrastruktur
- Idealerweise KnowHow im Bereich Netzwerk
- und Security zur Bewertung von Bearbeitungsqualität und Optimierung des Dispatching
- Erste Personalführung (z. B. Teamleitung) wünschenswert
- Erfahrungen im Management von kleineren Projekten wünschenswert
- Arbeitet eigenständig und eigenverantwortlich
- Kommuniziert gerne mit Kollegen, Vorgesetzten und Kunden
- Informiert rechtzeitig und gezielt
- Ist zuverlässig und organisiert
